Rollercoaster

I told yall that I had interviewed for a job at my current school, well I'm still waiting to hear back. I just seem to keep getting down and discouraged to finding my way back to believing it would work out. I guess I shouldn't have put my eggs all in one basket, but I've been with this school for 5 years and I would hate to leave next year. I know I will do a good job and I know I am ready. There has already been one assitant that has moved into a position, so it's been hard. I just keep wondering when is it my turn? Should I start looking elsewhere and leave what I have built up behind??
