Since I have two interviews for K jobs coming up I'm asking for any advice that might make me stand out against the other candidates. I have a portfolio that has resume, letters of rec, philosophy, sample lesson plan and newsletter. I would love to here what you have to say!
And do forget my 50 followers giveaway ends today!
I'll anounce the winner later tomorrow because I will be attending the Alabama blogger meet-up!!!! Super excited to meet some lovely ladies!
Yay!!

I've been on our interview committee for the past few years now. My advice would be to be genuine and authentic-don't just say what you think they want to hear. Also let your passion shine through-be enthusiastic, show a sense of humor. Ask some questions, seem interested in them. Good luck-I have my fingers crossed for you! :)
